Monday 21^st

Meet at The Clubhouse 1pm – Travel to Marquis of Granby 

We are booked in for dinner at 7.30pm

Tuesday 22^nd

After breakfast (Included) we head off (Wheels up @ 9.15am) to the Eurotunnel to catch the 10.50am train. Check-in latest by 9.50am – Arrival at Calais around 12.25 local time.  We then head East to Bruges travel time under 2hrs.

Arrival at The Grand Hotel Casselbergh parking is expensive to be paid when checking in., We are right in the heart of Bruges but it’s safe and underground the hotel. We will be staying here for 2 nights. No food booked at the hotel, so we are free to try different restaurants for dinner and breakfasts.

Depending on weather boat trip is on the cards on either day.

Thursday 24^th

Wheels up by 9.00am as we head down to Circuit de Folembray for our afternoon on the track. Travel time will vary on the day. Our track time is from 2pm however need to be there by 1pm. We will top up with fuel before arrival at the track. Cedric our “Tame Racing Instructor” will be there for all / anyone to improve their techniques / lines etc.

Make sure you have your “Pilote Assurance” papers with you along with a crash helmet.

When we have finished, we will be heading off to our Hotel and Restaurant for the night.  Logis Hotel Belle Vue – a very different experience from Bruges with a nice restaurant. Rooms are small and most with two single beds put together. Breakfast is optional.

The journey from the track to the hotel is around 6 mins.  

Friday 25^th

We are off to Epernay to the Moet and Chandon House where our tour is booked for 1pm. The tour lasts around 2 hours.

We then depart Northeast to a town called Givet where we are staying at Chateau L’Aviette a nice B&B location. We will get a taxi into the local town for dinner.

Saturday 26^th

Wheels up at 10am after breakfast (included) we head west through Belgium into Germany going past the Nurburgring a trip around 4.5 hrs of driving through some good roads ending up in the small village of Monschau. We are booked into the Achat Hotel Monschau and will take a 10 min walk down to the centre of the village for some basic German food and beer for the evening in .

Sunday 27^th

After breakfast (included) we will get wheels up at 10am for the big push West out of Germany into Belgium on some good roads through the Ardenne stopping for some lunch around the Dinant area before the final push into Ypres. We are staying in the basic Hotel O Leper right on the town square where the cars will be parked. At 8pm (5 min walk) we can see the last post being played at the Menin Gate before dinner.

Monday 28^th

Breakfast in a local café before heading out on a leisurely drive towards Calais catching the 13.50 train back to Blighty. Then a jaunt back up to The Clubhouse for a debriefing pint..
