A Quick "Leg Up"
Wednesday 25th to Saturday 28th September 2024
We had a limited number of spaces for the Isle of Man trip. 7 cars went in total – Cost per car was £600 which included the return Ferry Crossing from Heysham and 3 nights in the “Sefton Hotel” in Douglas. Some took advantage of a “Transit Day” stay in the impressive “Falcon Manor Hotel” in “Settle” in the Yorkshire Dales
Two full days exploring the Island was enough and there was plenty to see and some nice roads to experience.
We had the opportunity to line up on the TT Start / Finish line for a photo shoot before driving the track route. It is impossible to image how skilful the riders are in this amazing annual event. Some pics below.
